Track a parcel by phone number

You do not need to remember a code to check a parcel. The phone number on the shipment is enough.

How it works

1. Open the tracking page.
2. Enter your phone number or parcel code.
3. See your parcels and the stage of each one.

Stages

A parcel moves through warehouse receipt, transit, customs, the destination warehouse and delivery. The status updates after a scan or operator entry.

Privacy

A number search shows only the code, stage and route. Names, addresses and contents stay hidden.
