How shipping works

Four steps from booking to delivery.

  1. Book: choose a route and enter the details.
  2. Hand over: to the courier at the agreed time or at a collection point.
  3. Follow: each scan appears on the tracking page.
  4. Receive: delivery to the address or a collection point.

Final weight and dimensions are measured at the warehouse. If the price changes, we tell you why.
